- Also, the purpose of this seminar was to gather expertise of ICT public administration in order to provide citizens in Hanoi the better e-government services

1. Many public officers in Vietnam are interested in property management system for old properties such as Tay Ho District
2. Vehicle management especially in serious traffic jams is necessary in Vietnam
3. Requested prices for vehicle detection system
