GeomexSoft educated application cases regarding establishment and operation of Spatial Information System for Safety management of Urban and citizen, and latest GIS system of South Korea at Centro Nacional de registro, El-Salvador with LX, Hojung Solution from 16th Nov 2011 to 22nd Nov 2011 by KOTRA CSR Support Project.

Director of Registro, Director of Trade in KOTRA and Councilor of Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated in the event. 

First day of Centro Nacional de registro, we started introduction regarding GIS technology and establishment and the cases of GIS intranet system. Moreover, we also introduced establishment and cases of Korea Spatial information, operation system(Intranet, Property management system, Connected application between spatial and attribute) and current situation of establishment and operation cases of spatial information intended Korea municipalities.

Second day, we went on a field trip for the work of editorial team in registro. The level of establishment of digital map was very high.  

We introduced and educated regarding establishment and operation of spatial information system for urban and citizen safety management, and spatial information application technology for urban disaster prevention and citizen’s safety.

They were very interested in National GIS technology. 

We confirmed directly the standard point located in Diablo, which is Devil’s door at active volcano, El-Salvador.

By last day, we finished the education regarding a case of establishing UIS for urban management such as Facilities management system, Flooding alarm system and Disaster management system. 

Another meeting has been scheduled in Nov 2015 and we will try to make greater efforts for better results.
